Welcome and thank you for your interest in my services! I am a licensed clinical psychologist and integrative wellness coach practicing at the West Chester Wellness Center in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Within a warm, supportive, and confidential setting, I provide psychotherapy and integrative wellness coaching to adults (age 18 and older). Specific issues that I treat include relationship issues, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image concerns, career indecision, and identity confusion. When addressing eating disorders and body image concerns, I take an approach that encourages intuitive eating, body neutrality, and a health at every size perspective. I also have a passion for using meditation and conscious relaxation exercises to help clients experience increased emotional and physical wellness.
