Within a warm, supportive, and confidential setting, I provide psychotherapy and wellness coaching to individuals and groups, conduct psychiatric evaluations for weight loss surgery patients, and lead group meditation and relaxation practices. Specific issues that I treat include weight loss surgery concerns, eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, identity confusion, and relationship issues. I have a passion for using meditation and relaxation exercises to help clients experience increased emotional and physical wellness.

If so, I'm here to help you identify specific strategies for coping with emotional eating, anxiety, depression, anger, loneliness, and identity confusion - all of which are common during the post-surgery period. I'm also available to provide pre-op psychiatric evaluations to those considering this life changing procedure.
