Are you considering weight loss surgery, or are you in the post-op period? Are you struggling with the "emotional side" of this surgery? If so, I'm here to help you identify specific strategies for coping with emotional eating, anxiety, depression, anger, loneliness, and identity confusion - all of which are common during the post-surgery period. I'm also available to provide pre-op psychiatric evaluations to those considering this life changing procedure.
